Warranties

Advanced Machinery always strives to only sell the best of the best woodworking tools on the market that will provide value to you for a long time to come. But we understand sometimes things happen. That's why all of the products on our website come with a manufacturer warranty (unless specifically stated on the product page).

Please refer to our product pages for specific factory warranty information from the manufacturer. All of our products are warrantied by the manufacturer and each manufacturer has their own warranty policies.

If you ordered a Hegner product, here is the Hegner Limited Warranty policy:

• Hegner Precision Scroll Saws: 7-year Commercial Use Manufacturer's Limited Warranty against defects in material or workmanship except as stipulated above.
• Hegner Electric components such as motors and switches and electronic parts such as variable speed controls carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
• All Other HEGNER Products: 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us below with your order number and the item you would like to submit a warranty request for and we will work with you to determine next steps.

Our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or Acts of God, and cannot be honored if the equipment has been modified from its original state or operated in disregard of the instructions provided by Advanced Machinery and/or the manufacturer. Our liability in all cases is limited to the repair/replacement of any defective part.

No reimbursements will be made for repairs by customers or third parties, or any other unauthorized repair or modification. Note that any unauthorized repair or modification may invalidate your warranty for any thereby affected parts.
